I just used leftover peels from oranges we ate and let my vinegar set for over 6 weeks (I have 3 other jars “marinating” right now); the color is very orange! Also, I now strain the orange-vinegar through a nut milk bag as the bits of pulp were clogging the sprayers of the cleaning bottles.
