Hi Lori! Where are you putting the OW? On top of the clothes? Before you put in the clothes? How much are you using? It sounds like your machine isn’t able to dissolve it – this could be due to where you’re putting it and/or how much your washer fills up. I’m guessing you’re putting it on top of the laundry and the water isn’t getting to that area right away. You can experiment with where you’re putting the OW – try the drawer, under the laundry OR you can pre-dissolve it for your machine by adding 1/2 cup of warm water to a measuring cup, add the OW and then pour it into the machine or a dispenser. Let me know if you have any other questions or if this doesn’t work for you!

It leaves powder residue on my clothing. I have a front loading machine. Can you give me a tip, or tell me how I can add it to the load in a liquid form?
Thank you!
